You can delete your Bobbi account at any time, from the app or from this page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete from the Bobbi app
- Open Bobbi and sign in.
- Professionals: go to Profile. Clinic owners: go to More.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account, then confirm.
What is deleted
- Your login. You are signed out of every device immediately and cannot sign in with this account again.
- Your personal details: name, phone number, photo, bio, address, availability, and uploaded credential documents.
- Pending shift applications are withdrawn. If you are the only administrator of a clinic, its upcoming unfilled shifts are cancelled.
- Notification and marketing preferences, saved devices, and push tokens.
What is kept
Records of completed shifts, timesheets, invoices, payments, and disputes are retained in de-identified form for as long as accounting, tax, and legal obligations require. They are no longer linked to your name or contact details. See the retention section of our Privacy Policy for details.
Request deletion another way
If you can no longer sign in, contact us through Help & support in the app and ask us to delete it. We verify the request and complete it within 30 days.
